A Hearty Halloween 2022
A sell-out at McKay Stadium, with a blacked-out maze and scary houses. Around $5,000 raised for Kind Hands.
The event had outgrown the hall. All 500 tickets sold, and trick or treaters spent the day working up the nerve for a blacked-out maze and a run of scary houses.
It raised around $5,000 for Kind Hands, which went toward renovations at their respite care cottage - enough for them to take on another ten families. Kind Hands staff volunteered on the day alongside the crew.
The stadium takes a long time to turn into somewhere frightening. The build started at 6am.
